Some directions of development of complex automation systems on fleet

This paper considers the basic stages of computer technologies introduction in marine automatic control systems. The analysis of the primary goals and prospects of technical base development for modern industrial automatics systems has been fulfilled. The directions of perspective researches of microprocessor control systems on fleet have been shown.

Analysis of integral criterion formation for thermal load estimation of marine internal combustion engine components

The problem of using special software products and computer systems during celestial fixes has been considered in the paper. The attention has been paid to the simplicity and accuracy of estimation of the ship's fix in comparison with the graphical "line of position" (LOP) method. The author has proposed perspective ways in the research of the celestial fixes.
